New Owners:
Barefoot Buddha has new ownership. The new owners Jack Gibbons, Amy Gurlea, and Chef Cory Baker, want to thank Shanna James for creating and providing such an amazing community place for St. Thomas.
We feel honored to carry-on her legacy and vision for Barefoot Buddha. We wish her luck in her new adventures, and she knows she will always have a place in our hearts and at the table of Barefoot Buddha. We will continue with the healthy artisan whole foods with lots of vegetarian and vegan options among the menu choices.
We will continue with the amazing organic coffee, teas, baked goods and smoothies. And much much more is planned for the re-opening of Your Favorite Happy Place. We are keeping the mailbox service and will be expanding it to a full mailbox pack &ship , business service but physically moving to the opposite corner of the building from Barefoot Buddha, the former Funky Monk store.
Mailboxes are available, message if you are interested in obtaining a mailbox. There are a few changes, we are doing a small renovation, we are transitioning from a fashion dress boutique to a local artisan marketplace and green gifting boutique.
There will be zero-waste products to support green living. We are seeking local artists, photographers, makers of artisan local chutneys, hot sauces and more. We are seeking individuals who make organic skincare and body products.
If you create upcycled art, mosaics, stained glass, woodworking crafts we want you. If you would like to be a part of an amazing opportunity and have your craft showcased at our marketplace, please message your name, your craft, and contact information. We are looking to meeting you all and sharing a cup of coffee and have some good old conversation at the Buddha.
